Mails can be sent from CBCRM with proposals, product data sheet, product brochure etc. If customer responds to that mail, this also comes to the CBCRM screen using email piping in case users use google mail.

Meetings can be scheduled with the schedule information captured in the calendar with a mail invite detailing agenda etc.
