At Texas Consultancy, we pride ourselves in our methodology. We believe that right result follows right process. Our methodology is rigorous but fail-proof if adhered to in letter and spirit. We specialize in paying attention to detail without losing focus on the big picture.

Workshop:

Each workshop program follows a 10 step process where each step builds upon its previous steps. The program concludes with a mandatory participant feedback session. Suggestions for improvement are deliberated and implemented as appropriate.

The audio-visual presentations will be complemented by case studies, role plays, simulations and self-evaluation. We use Action Learning Process where acquisition of knowledge is followed by experiential learning and complex problem solving in Teams. Our week-long workshop session preceded by 2 weeks of pre-workshop engagement and followed by 12 weeks of post-workshop real-life project-based engagement, touch upon all 6 levels of cognition from least complex to most complex area based on Bloom’s Taxonomy. While we discuss theory, our focus is on application of theory with a view to improving performance in job.

Each consulting engagement is unique in nature, scope and complexity – therefore details of the methodology vary.

Each consulting project engagement broadly follows PDCA cycle with identification, preparation, internal review and client approval of deliverables at each phase with constant vigil on scope, responsibility, risks, schedule, quality and cost. During the initial phase, once the business need is clarified by the client, we work closely to agree on the scope, effort and high-level timeline to arrive at a high-level initial project plan with the identification of important milestones and indicative costing for client’s consideration. Once the agreement is signed, the project plan is fine-tuned with progressive elaboration in close coordination with the client. Activities largely follow the project plan. The engagement concludes with a mandatory client feedback session. Suggestions for improvement are deliberated and implemented as appropriate.
